The solar power plant in Pervomaisk was visited by young passionaries – the winners of the photo-flashmob “I am for clean energy”, which took place as part of the local week of sustainable energy.
Generation Z is the youth of the new formation, which was born in the period of intensification of climate change, so most often, the ecological consciousness of society speaks their voice. And we hope that after a visual acquaintance with the pure generation, some of these young guests have already decided to connect their lives with the Sun, as our team did.
“The power industry is extremely interesting. The younger generation and its interest in the energy sector are very important, because in the future these young people will build an independent, trouble-free and clean energy of Ukraine”- commented the group’s guide, Serhii Kiper.
The city of Pervomaisk is a signatory to the European Union’s Covenant of Mayors for Climate and Energy, so such measures aimed at drawing attention to the conservation of energy and the environment, raising awareness of the importance and availability of clean energy have become traditional.
