FIRST UKRAINE’S PV MODULES PLANT

February 2019 – grand opening of pv modules production plant ーKNESS PV. KNESS Group has reached 100% index of Ukrainian production of the main components for solar power plants.

FOUNDATION OF KNESS ENERGY

KNESS Energy- a company on electrical power trade and supply on B2B, B2C and P2P markets, including electrical power from the renewables, joins KNESS Group.

KNESS BECOMES A PARTICIPANT OF ELECTRICITY MARKET

Under the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) loan agreement, KNESS constructed three own solar power plants: Dashiv SPP, Pohrebyshe SPP and Petrashivka SPP with the total capacity 33,9 MW peak.

KNESS CONSTRUCTION

Design and construction company KNESS Construction joins KNESS Group.

IN-HOUSE RnD CENTER

Creation of KNESS RnD Center – the center of innovative and technological developments in the renewable energy sector.

CREATION OF KNESS BRAND

Merging of companies under the KNESS brand name and creation of the KNESS Group – a group of companies that provides turnkey implementation of the solar energy projects in Ukraine.

PRODUCTION OF INVERTER STATIONS

Plant-producer of equipment for solar power plants KNESS Product launches manufacturing of inverter stations PVIS.500.

BUSINESS SCALING

Growth of business-activity in innovative solutions and power projects development. Since then, the activity has concentrated on renewable power, both on construction and on the level of creating infrastructural options for market development.

LAUNCH OF EQUIPMENT PRODUCTION

PEC Energo (since 2019 – KNESS Product) - plant, manufacturing steel structures and electric equipment for the renewable power industry and distribution grids, starts functioning.

KNESS SERVICE

Foundation of company PEC Service (since 2018 - KNESS Service) that specializes in operation and maintenance management of power energy facilities, in particular, solar power plants.

THE COMPANY BECOMES ЕРС-CONTRACTOR

PEC Podilskiy Energoconsulting comes to a level of turnkey contractor (EPC-contractor) in projects of industrial solar power.

START OF WORK IN THE RES INDUSTRY

Podilskiy Energoconsulting sets its sights on the renewable power. Formation of solar power industry specialists team and implementation of the first projects: solar power plant (SPP) Porohy (4,5 MW) and SPP Hlybochok (1,37 MW).

FIRST TURNKEY PROJECTS

Podilskiy Energoconsulting starts working on designing and constructing substations and distribution grids facilities for electricity companies and industrial enterprises. First implemented project – Substation 110/10 “ROSHEN”.

FOUNDATION OF “PODILSKIY ENERGOCONSULTING”

“Podilskiy Energoconsulting” – the first enterprise within the group was created in autumn 2009. The company focused on consulting services in the traditional power industry.
