VOLUNTEER PROJECT PV.Sich
Living in times of war presents numerous challenges that require quick responses and the development of solutions. Everyone who can contribute to addressing various issues in the country should help in any way they can. We understand the importance of electricity supply, particularly during periods when certain regions face difficulties with stable power provision due to ongoing hostilities.
That is why our engineers have developed two versions of the PV.Sich mobile solar station with an energy storage system to provide access to electricity where there are problems with centralized power supply or no possibility to use it:
PV.Sich 1.0 is a solely “volunteer” product. In wartime, we offer it at cost upon request from military units. PV.Sich 1.0 mobile solar station can power low-capacity appliances such as an electric kettle, handheld power tools up to 1 kW, a microwave, gadgets, walkie talkies, lighting, etc.
PV.Sich 2.0 is a mobile solar station installed on a car trailer that is able to solve core needs, i.e. provide the opportunity to power several powerful devices or entire spots simultaneously. When designing it, our RnD engineers were guided by the most relevant criteria: mobility, autonomy, reliability, quietness, versatility, and ease of use. Already, PV.Sich is a tool that can be used for both military and civilian needs (households). KNESS engineers are currently improving the system based on feedback from the military, who tested it in the field to meet the needs of the military for a backup power source.
