On 24 October participants of Kyiv Mohyla Business School Program [kmbs] – Presidents’ MBA, who are now studying in Vinnytsia within the frame of exit module, visited the group of companies KNESS.
During five days MBA participants – founders and top managers of Ukrainian companies have explored business, social and cultural system of Vinnytsia region. Hence, for sharing experiences, solving real managerial problems and finding new insights and business development strategies, the participants visited the group of companies KNESS.
The meeting was attended by the leaders of the group of companies KNESS Sergii Shakalov, Iurii Taraniuk, Eugene Didichenko, Ivan Vekirchyk, co-founder of Public Organization Greencubator Roman Zinchenko, deputy dean of kmbs, director of Presidents’ MBA Eduard Maltsev and program participants.
During the meeting, Presidents’ MBA participants acquainted themselves with the history of the company development in the form of a management solutions case. Sergii Shakalov told the participants about the formation of KNESS from a consulting company to a powerful group that closes the full cycle of creation of renewable energy objects.
Participants also visited the production facilities of KNESS Product, where Iurii Taraniuk introduced the production process of equipment for solar power plants. Namely: centralized PVIS inverter stations, metal structures for fixing photovoltaic modules, and junction boxes. In addition, guests have had an opportunity to visit the construction site of a high-tech solar panel plant, opening of which is scheduled for this year.
