KNESS took part in the SOLARWIND forum “Prospects for Renewable Energy Development in Ukraine: Challenges and Solutions”. The event was organized by Vinnytsia Technical Vocational College together with Business People Club for students, educators, representatives of leading renewable energy companies and local authorities.
Ivan Vekirchyk, co-founder of KNESS, as a speaker, outlined the prospects for the renewable energy market development in Ukraine and the importance of high-quality training of technical specialists. The co-founder compared foreign and Ukrainian experience in the renewable energy sector development, emphasizing the importance of introducing innovations, artificial intelligence, and new business models. He also emphasized the value of the engineering profession in the world.
Liia Humeniuk, Human Resources Manager in KNESS, shared the results of cooperation with educational institutions that train specialists to work in the renewable energy sector. In addition, the KNESS HR team received gratitude for their significant contribution to the training of highly qualified specialists and providing opportunities for professional growth for students.
We actively cooperate with colleges and universities. Our experts provide recommendations on the content of curricula. KNESS also provides senior students with an opportunity to undergo an internship. We are always open and waiting for young professionals who are inspired by the energy industry development to join our team. That is why a significant number of students who have done their internships with us and proved themselves well have joined our dream team. Among them is Artem Osaulchuk, who now works as an engineer in our diagnostics department. Artem also spoke about his career path at the forum in a digital format.
So we are always happy to share our experience with those who want to grow. We are doing a common cause — developing renewable energy sources and decarbonizing the energy sector in Ukraine.
