Less than 10 years ago, Denmark has identified the long-term goal of achieving full independence from fossil fuels. Today, 35% of electricity in the country is generated by RES. Energy independence for Ukraine is the same real purpose as for our European neighbour! Denmark is clearly understood that and ready to implement large-scale projects with Ukraine.
That is why on March 4, in Copenhagen, key drivers for the development of cooperation between Ukraine and Denmark in the field of RES were gathered – representatives of state agencies, financial institutions and business.
KNESS Group in the part of Ukrainian delegation together with Danish energy agency Danida Business Finance, IFU, Vestas, BWSC, COWI, ROCKWOOL International, discussed ways of developing Ukrainian-Danish relations, involving Danish investments in Ukrainian projects on Clean Energy, Energy Efficiency and Garbage Recycling .
