Oleg Dovboschuk, Director of KNESS Polska, took part in the conference “Polish-Ukrainian Cooperation for Reconstruction and Strategic Partnership”. The event was held in the city of Kielce, a twin city of Vinnytsia.
The event brought together representatives of Ukrainian and Polish businesses, academic community, local government and non-governmental organizations from the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship and Vinnytsia region to discuss the prospects for cooperation, the need to strengthen Polish-Ukrainian partnership in the process of rebuilding Ukraine, and to share experiences and best practices for the development of both countries. A dedicated section of the conference was devoted to networking for forming effective partnership business relations between Ukrainian and Polish companies.
Business is a vital and integral part of supporting the economy. And Ukrainian business, despite the difficulties, is working and looking for ways to develop. KNESS was established in Vinnytsia and has grown from a local enterprise to an international group of companies. The group currently operates in Ukraine, Poland, and Latvia.
What were the advantages and obstacles along the way? Oleg Dovboschuk, Director of KNESS Polska, shared KNESS’s experience of entering the Polish market with Ukrainian colleagues who are planning to start expanding their business activities in the neighboring country.
Keynotes from our speaker’s speech:
Polish-Ukrainian cooperation can open up new, cross-border opportunities for local businesses, whose development will benefit the economies of both countries. Development in the renewable energy sector will also accelerate the energy transition, so we are bringing a common sustainable future closer together.
We thank the Polish people for their willingness to engage in dialogue, readiness for productive cooperation and support in difficult times for Ukraine!
