Manufacturing mounting structures by KNESS for new solar power plants projects

KNESS production facilities are working at full capacity. We are manufacturing mounting structures for three solar power plants, which we will soon implement on a turnkey basis in Ukraine. The total weight of metal processed for these projects is 564 tonnes. The final products are different: we prepare separate design solutions for each solar power plant:

• Adaptable metal structures for a rooftop solar power plant: installation on a pitched metal roof of an enterprise and fastening with high-strength adhesive
• Dual-pitched structures with a ballast system for a rooftop solar power plant: installation on the membrane coating of a shopping center
• two-support structures for a ground-based solar power plant

All variants are designed by the KNESS RnD Center team and are characterized by optimal metal content, adaptability, resistance to atmospheric loads (wind, snow, etc.), and protection against thorough corrosion due to hot-dip galvanizing. Therefore, the solar power plants built on our metal structures will generate power for decades.
