KNESS is among the 30 best employers for veterans according to Forbes Ukraine. The list includes companies that, according to the editors and jury, are best prepared for the return of veterans and have developed effective programs for their support and adaptation.
“Our veterans are an example of courage and resilience. It is the duty of every employer to create favorable conditions for their comfortable integration into civilian life and professional activities, as well as to provide maximum support to colleagues who defend the country. For us, the main reward for this work is the gratitude of veterans, our defenders, and their families. This is the key motivator and source of inspiration for our cross-cultural team to continuously improve our comprehensive corporate support and assistance program. And, of course, it is also extremely gratifying to receive recognition for the effectiveness of our work at the national level. We continue to improve our program in collaboration with veterans and specialized communities. After all, this is one of the most effective ways to thank them for defending the country”, — the program initiator and HRD of KNESS, Lyudmyla Savyuk, highlighted.
KNESS has been running a support program for mobilized personnel and veterans for several years. The program is integrated into all of the company’s processes. It covers a range of measures, from the start of an employee’s mobilization to their return, rehabilitation, and adaptation to the work process. Particular attention is paid to supporting families through regular communication and assistance in crisis situations. The main goal is to maintain an environment where the return of defenders to work enhances their sense of dignity and professional fulfillment.
Our support program includes several key areas:
Financial and legal assistance: regular financial support for mobilized individuals and their families, as well as comprehensive legal support on issues related to military service and social guarantees.’
Psychological and medical rehabilitation: providing access to verified rehabilitation centers, organizing therapy sessions and individual consultations.
Professional reintegration: development of individual adaptation plans and, if necessary, requalification, mentoring support.
Community support: development of the internal communication channel “KNESS_Kolo Svoikh” and “Veteran Book” — an individual guide to facilitate adaptation, etc.
We are proud of each and every one of our colleagues who are defending Ukraine. Creating an inclusive, friendly, and supportive space is not just a goal, but an ongoing process. We thank our veterans for their heroic deeds. Together, we are building a strong future.
