KNESS as part of an economic mission to the Eastern Netherlands

Exploring partnership opportunities in the renewable energy sector on the international arena. 

Olga Kuzmenko, Director of Technology Research and Development in KNESS, has become a member of the Ukrainian delegation that visited the province of Overijssel in the Eastern Netherlands as part of an economic mission. In addition to private companies, Ukraine was represented by Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine Nadiia Bihun, representatives of the UCORD project and regional development agencies from four regions, including the Vinnytsia Regional Development Agency.

In order to strengthen cooperation and establish new connections between the countries, the trade mission participants visited the Bonfix factory and the Hessenpoort industrial zone, Bredenoord, met with the administration of the province of Overijssel, ambassadors and counselors of Ukraine and the Netherlands, as well as business representatives. Our expert spoke about KNESS Group’s experience in the renewable energy sector and presented our technological solutions in the area of energy storage. 

“Today it is especially important to look for different ways to support our country’s economy. Thanks to this mission, we have made sure that despite the war in Ukraine, many European investors are ready for partnership and are looking for real projects. We, on the other hand, are working, developing promising technological solutions for energy storage, creating competitive offers that can really interest international partners and compete for their investments. Such visits are not limited to experience exchange and networking, they are also a great opportunity to talk about the benefits of cooperation with Ukrainian businesses, including in the renewable energy sector,” Olga shares her impressions.
