KNESS partnership visit to HiTHIUM — strengthening cooperation for the energy storage projects development in Ukraine and Europe

Within the framework the meeting in China, Sergii Shakalov, CEO and co-owner of KNESS, Tetiana Petrovska, Chief Marketing Officer, and Andrii Khyzhniak, Deputy Director of Construction and Design in KNESS, visited Hithium’s energy storage production facility. Our partners presented their latest developments in energy storage and innovative solutions used in production. Also, further plans to strengthen cooperation were also jointly discussed, and visions for the companies’ strategic development were exchanged.

We sincerely thank our partners HiTHIUM, as well as Mr. Dong Xuepeng, KNESS representative in China, for the warm welcome, productive meetings, and openness. We keep moving forward together!

As a reminder, building on a prior cooperation agreement, KNESS holds authorized rights to supply, install,  and provide technical support for HiTHIUM‘s ESS in Ukraine, and serves as a partner in European markets. Furthermore, KNESS is currently actively implementing one of the largest portfolios of energy storage projects for operation in the ancillary services market of Ukraine’s Integrated Energy System. Eight projects are being built using energy storage systems by our partner Hithium, totaling 136 MWh of ESS capacity.

Our partnership is about combining expertise and experience in the field of energy innovation implementation. It is a path to new large-scale ESS projects that transform the energy system towards reliability, flexibility, carbon neutrality, and energy independence.
