KNESS implemented 3 more solar power plants in Latvia on a turnkey basis. The facilities are already producing clean energy. The total peak capacity of the facilities is 16.4 MW. The sites are located near the towns of Dundaga, Viļaka and Dobele. The constructed solar power plants will generate approximately 16.95 GWh of electricity per year on average. This means reducing carbon dioxide emissions by 16,652 tons annually.
Stations are built using steel structures of the company’s own production, which is located in Ukraine.
The investor in the projects is Volterra Energy Group. We thank our partner for their trust and win-win cooperation in the renewable energy sources development.
KNESS team in Latvia continues to scale up environmentally friendly energy capacities, taking care of the future generation.
