KNESS recently participated in the Vinnytsia Industrial Forum, which brought together more than a hundred entrepreneurs from all over Ukraine. The first day of the event was dedicated to discussing the industrial future of Ukraine. In particular, the focus was on the industrial strategy in times of war, the development of industrial parks as tools for reindustrialization, and the experience of countering military challenges in industry.
Ivan Vekirchyk, co-founder of KNESS, emphasized the importance of strategic planning and resource optimization to prepare businesses for challenges.
“Even in the face of uncertainty and turbulence, it is important to continue to plan and think strategically. The right focus, optimization of resources and quick decision-making with a cool head are key to business readiness to overcome challenges”, – mentioned an expert.
The second day of the forum included a study tour of KNESS. About 80 entrepreneurs from different regions of Ukraine learned more about the history and development of the company, its values, mission and activities.
Ivan Vekirchyk together with Serhii Kravchuk, Director of Electricity Trading and Supply, shared their expertise on RES-based business models, aggregator and active consumer mechanisms, and answered numerous questions from forum participants.
In addition, the guests were able to see the operation of the dispatch center, production facilities and one of KNESS’s energy storage systems, as well as talk to the company’s experts in the relevant areas and get answers to their questions.
