Ivan Vekirchyk, co-founder of KNESS, took part in the panel discussion “Economics of Victory” held as part of the regional forum “Innovative Vinnytsia Region: People – Education – Business – Governance”. The event brought together business leaders, representatives of local authorities and educators to discuss the key challenges of economic transformation in times of war, the introduction of innovations and the role of business education in this process.
Highlights from Ivan Vekirchyk’s speech:
Today, artificial intelligence (AI) and decentralized technologies (WEB-3) are becoming an integral part of business processes, increasing the productivity and efficiency of teams. The skills of working with AI tools are becoming as mandatory as the knowledge of Microsoft Office used to be.
The growing number of private educational institutions creates healthy competition in the educational environment, which stimulates the improvement of educational programs. In today’s business, lifelong learning is no longer a choice, but a necessity to remain competitive in the labor market.
The panelists agreed that the future of Ukraine’s economy lies in innovation and efficiency. This means not only creating new products or technologies, but also finding non-standard solutions and implementing innovative business models. Studies show that average labor productivity in Ukraine is significantly lower than in Europe, so innovation is the key to improving business efficiency and competitiveness.
