Company Visit: members of the Vinnytsia chapter of the business community Board visited KNESS to get experience and inspiration.

During the meeting with CEO of KNESS Sergii Shakalov, we discussed the founding and development of KNESS, work in times of crisis, innovations, internal motivation, preparations for the implementation of plans after the victory, and the future of Ukraine’s energy sector: green, sustainable and decarbonized. Guests also visited the production of metal structures made in Ukraine.

“It’s important to understand who you are, what you do and why you do it — this is the most difficult thing, and in order to form a vision for your business, you need to go through this path of evolution. But it’s worth it, because understanding yourself is the key to understanding your customers,” shared his experience Sergii Shakalov.
